BioThis journal represents my food-loving side (which, really, is my whole personality). I try to lead a healthy lifestyle with the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, and I've found that the more I cook and involve myself in the preparation/presentation of food, the easier it is to stay on track. I follow the Weight Watchers program, but the food I make would really be good for anyone on any diet. My goal for this journal is to document my successes and pass along my take on recipes and foods that can be purchased at the grocery store. I enjoy food, and I want to spread the love!
